As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our solo children’s home in Warrington — a smaller, therapeutic setting designed for young people who need tailored, one-on-one care.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our solo children’s home in Warrington — a smaller, therapeutic setting designed for young people who need tailored, one-on-one care.
You’ll:
- Lead and support your team on shift
- Provide consistent, high-quality care and emotional support
- Promote learning, development, and independence
- Create a safe, warm, and positive environment
- Work closely with families, social workers, and professionals
- Handle sleep-in duties (8 per month on average)
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or working towards it)
- Experience in a children’s residential setting (essential)
- Some supervisory or team-leading experience
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference
- Age 21+ (legal requirement for residential care roles)
- £32,644 – £34,824/year (including sleep-in payments)
- Fully funded qualifications (Level 3, 4 & 5 in Residential Childcare)
- 248 hours of annual leave
