Scottish Personal Injury Solicitor

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a popular Law firm, which is seeking a Scottish Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team on a Fully Remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career and gain experience in the Personal Injury industry.

This role pays a competitive salary of £40,000 - £48,000 annum DOE

Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Manage a caseload of litigated personal injury claims.
• Negotiate settlement and pursue the best outcomes for clients
• Keep up to date with changes in the Scottish personal injury and procedural law.

About you as a Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Qualified Scottish solicitor (Minimum 2 year’s experience in personal injury law)
• Experience litigation file handler with demonstrable PI Litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience using case management systems and digital court filing.
