Salary: £24,897 per annum

Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a leading housing provider in Warwickshire to recruit a dedicated Scheme Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of housing schemes and delivering high-quality services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of housing schemes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing queries and assisting with tenancy-related issues.
• Monitor health and safety standards, carrying out regular checks and reporting any concerns.
• Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver effective services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housing, support, or scheme management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Confident IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
• A proactive and approachable attitude.
