Service Care Construction is currently recruiting a dedicated Scheme Cleaner for a reputable local housing association based in Bracknell. About the Role: Scheme Cleaner
The Scheme Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various communal areas within housing blocks in Bracknell, Slough, Ascot, and surrounding regions. This role involves an active workload that requires physical stamina and attention to detail, ensuring all residents' environments remain safe and welcoming.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Cleaning communal areas within residential blocks, including sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures
• Removing small dumped items and bin bags to designated collection points
• Reporting large items for bulk removal
• Litter picking and carpet cleaning in communal areas
• Driving a van across Bracknell and surrounding areas to facilitate cleaning schedules and waste removal
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with health and safety regulations

Key Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License (van provided)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Previous cleaning or facilities maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)
