RTA Credit Hire Litigator

Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in Bolton, that is seeking a skilled litigator to join their expanding Credit Hire team. Role: RTA Credit Hire Litigator
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000per annum
Location: Bolton
 
Key Requirements of the Role:

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA Credit Hire claims from inception to trial.
• Conduct negotiations and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Attend court hearings and case management conferences as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a litigated RTA caseload, with a focus on Credit Hire.
• Strong knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
