This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revenues and Benefits professional to join a team based in Bracknell, providing specialist migration support and helping families integrate into the local community. THE ROLE
As a Revenue and Benefits Officer - Migration Support, you will play a key role in supporting displaced families across Bracknell, undertaking assessments and providing tailored interventions to ensure long-term integration and access to essential services.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Revenues and Benefits or within a similar Local Authority role, with strong skills in assessment, support planning, and partnership working.
You will also bring:
Working Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday
Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, Temporary
Rate: £24.00 per hour LTD company rate / £20.59 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) HOW TO APPLY

- Undertaking comprehensive revenues needs and assessments for families.
- Developing tailored interventions and support strategies.
- Promoting integration of families by linking them with community resources and benefits.
- Building effective relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Supporting language, career, and community integration needs.
- Coordinating cross-council support for Afghans, Ukrainians, Hong Kong nationals and asylum seekers.
- Ensuring statutory duties and safeguarding responsibilities are fully met.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Revenues and Benefits or within a similar Local Authority role, with strong skills in assessment, support planning, and partnership working.
You will also bring:
- Experience delivering Revenues and Benefits support.
- Experience working with vulnerable families or displaced communities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment.
- Experience of working with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
