We are seeking a committed and compassionate Residential Worker to join our brand-new 2-bed children’s home in Whetstone (N20). This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new service and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable young people.

Key Details:
Location: Whetstone, N20
Shift work available
Contract: Initially 3 months
Pay: £19 umbrella per hour (£15 PAYE an hour)
Start date: ASAP

About the Role:

• Work as part of a small, dedicated team to develop and deliver a safe, nurturing children’s home.
• Support vulnerable young people in their daily lives, helping them to grow and thrive.
• Contribute to a positive home environment through effective teamwork, communication, and care.
• Enhance your own practice through ongoing training and development.

About You:

• Around 2 years’ experience working in children’s homes and supporting vulnerable young people.
• Ideally hold or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People.
• A passionate, reliable team player who can build strong, positive relationships.
• Flexible and resilient, with the ability to work shifts.
