Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/paralegal DUNDEE

Service Care Legal are currently working with a highly reputable Scottish law firm that is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Experienced Paralegal to join their busy team in Dundee. Role Responsibilities:

• Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Providing an efficient and high-quality service to clients
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Meeting fee earning targets and recording time accurately

Requirements:

• Experience in residential conveyancing, ideally as a Solicitor or Paralegal
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and regulatory obligations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A client-focused and professional approach
