Residential Conveyancing Partner

Service Care Legal are working in partnership with a leading Scottish law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner to join their growing team in Glasgow.

The Role – Residential Conveyancing Partner As a key figure in the firm’s residential property department, you will:

• Lead and manage complex conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Supervise and mentor junior fee earners and support staff
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships
• Meet or exceed fee earning and productivity targets
• Drive business development initiatives and represent the firm at networking events

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
• Demonstrable leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong commercial awareness and business development acumen
• Ability to handle a varied caseload independently and efficiently
