You’ll work closely with:
- Recovery Connector Workers
- Drug and Alcohol Key Workers
- Lived Experience Career Coordinator
- Connecting individuals to community groups, mutual aid meetings, and structured activities
- Supporting group sessions (in person and online)
- Attending appointments with service users to help reduce barriers and build confidence
- Contributing to recovery planning and harm reduction initiatives
- Promoting positive change and visible recovery within the community
About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about recovery and helping others
- Motivating, proactive, and supportive
- A strong communicator with good written and IT skills (Excel essential)
- Able to travel across the High Peak area (full driving licence and access to a vehicle required)
Pay & Benefits
- Umbrella rate: £23.50 per hour
- PAYE (inclusive): £21.00 per hour
- PAYE (exclusive): £18.75 per hour
