Do you have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills? Are you confident managing a busy reception and providing a high level of professional administrative support?
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role, providing front-of-house and administrative support across multiple sites.
You will be the first point of contact for service users, visitors, and partner agencies, ensuring they are greeted and supported in a professional and welcoming manner. Alongside reception cover, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service through a wide range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing reception cover across multiple sites, greeting visitors and handling enquiries.
- Offering professional administrative support to managers, staff, and service users.
- Handling clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, correspondence, and database management.
- Scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and supporting events.
- Maintaining accurate records and management information systems.
- Processing invoices, orders, and financial administration tasks.
- Liaising with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A professional, friendly, and understanding approach when dealing with staff and service users.
- Excellent IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience providing administration support in a busy, customer-facing environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- This is a temporary role, offered on a full-time basis.
- Due to the nature of the role, a full DBS check (adults & children) is required – this will be arranged if you are successful.
