Plasterer (Technical) – Empty Homes Service
Location: North Tyneside
Rate: £18 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Plasterer (Technical) to join our Empty Homes service team in North Tyneside. This role involves carrying out a wide range of remedial works on void properties, helping to prepare them for re-letting to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake plastering and associated repair work across various residential properties
• Contribute to the turnaround of empty homes within set timeframes
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with health and safety requirements
• Work effectively as part of a multi-trade team

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in domestic/residential properties
• Ability to carry out a wide range of remedial and finishing works
• Ceramic tiling skills are highly advantageous
• Good communication and teamworking skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
