Job Opportunity: Electrician – In-House Repairs Team
Location: Coalville
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £22 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our busy In-House Repairs Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to work on varied projects including installations, testing, and maintenance across both occupied and vacant properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all electrical works to the required standard in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within set timescales.
• Coordinate with the Asset Management Support Team to ensure effective scheduling.
• Properly use and maintain issued tools, accessories, and equipment.
• Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures diligently.

Essential Criteria:

• Full UK driving licence and own transport with business insurance cover.
• A minimum of two years' referencing held by the agency, including one from your most recent employer.
• Previous re-wire experience preferred.

Required Training (Up-to-date certificates must be provided before starting):

• Working at Height
• Manual Handling
• Asbestos Awareness
• COSHH Training
