Family Law Solicitor

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in South Yorkshire, which is in need of a Family Solicitor.

The firm is open to Individuals with 3-5 year PQE in Family Law.

They can pay a salary of £35,000 - £55,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Family Solicitor:

• Stay updated on legislative changes, case law, and best practice in family law and financial remedy.
• Attend at Court, mediations and meetings and preparing detailed notes and minutes as required
• Handle a caseload of complex financial disputes, including high-net-worth and business asset matters.
• Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents

 
About you as a Family Solicitor:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent IT Skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK family law, especially in financial remedies.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 year PQE in Family Law.
