Family Law Legal Aid Solicitor

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire, which is in need of a Family Solicitor.

The firm is open to Individuals with 1-5 year PQE in Family Law.

They can pay a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 annum depending upon experience.

This role is on a Hybrid working basis (2-3 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities as a Family law Solicitor:

• Strong knowledge of injunctions and private children matters
• Undertake work under a Legal Aid Agency (LAA) contract, including completing Legal Help forms, means and merits assessments, and CCMS applications.
• Handle a varied caseload of family law matters including care proceedings, child arrangements, domestic abuse, divorce, and financial settlements.
• Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents

 
About you as a Family law Solicitor:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent IT Skills
• Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
• Member of the Law Society’s Family or Children Panel
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE in Family Law.
