What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact on behalf of SLG members – handling enquiries with confidence, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Owning complex diary management and scheduling – planning up to three months ahead to maximise productivity and balance priorities.
- Leading the organisation of meetings and events, from arranging logistics and preparing agendas to following up on actions.
- Keeping everything running smoothly – tracking actions, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing clear briefings and updates.
- Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues, Members, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting colleagues across directorates, providing cover during peaks of activity or absence.
- Proven EA/PA experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- A natural organiser with exceptional time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels.
- Discretion and integrity, handling sensitive information with care.
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems.
