About the Role We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Evidence Reviewer & Court Processor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in bringing road traffic offenders to justice — whether through educational diversion courses or via the court process.
You’ll review evidence, build digital case files, and work closely with partners such as the CPS, DVLA, Magistrates, Police Officers, and court staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference to road safety while supporting the smooth running of the justice system.

You’ll review evidence, build digital case files, and work closely with partners such as the CPS, DVLA, Magistrates, Police Officers, and court staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference to road safety while supporting the smooth running of the justice system.
Key Responsibilities
- Review collision reports, officer-issued tickets, and digital submissions (Op Snap), determining the correct course of action within legislation and policy.
- Input and manage case information on systems such as Crash and Pentip.
- Prepare streamlined digital case files for progression through the Single Justice System (SJP).
- Liaise with partner agencies (CPS, courts, DVLA, Vision Zero Southwest, and Police Officers) to ensure prosecutions are successful.
- Provide advice and guidance to officers, the public, and partner organisations on submission quality and process.
- Arrange and support court hearings and trials.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Awareness of the Criminal Justice System and road traffic offence processes.
