Job Details
- Location: Ashington
- Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: £38,225 per annum (OTE £43,000 p/a)

We are looking for someone with:
- A flexible approach to work
- Experience in both domestic and commercial maintenance
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
- A proactive and positive attitude toward change and service improvement
- Sound technical knowledge of your trade and broader construction disciplines
- A commitment to delivering first-class repairs and contributing to community wellbeing
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualified as an Electrician
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Testing & Inspection certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in a customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of construction components, materials, and trade regulations
