Conveyancing Fee Earner

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a leading Legal 500 company, based in the West Midlands, which looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – CILEX / Advanced Paralegal
Location: West Midlands – agile working
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
 
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with confidence and efficiency, including:

• Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
• New Build Purchases
• Transfers of Equity
• Remortgages
• Lease Extensions
• First Registrations
• Assents
• Providing Land Law advice
• Non-transactional conveyancing work

About You

• CILEX or Advanced Paralegal qualification
• Significant experience managing your own conveyancing caseload, including complex matters
• Strong client care skills with a focus on excellent service

Caseload & Targets: Expected to manage 120–150 active files with an annual financial target of £130k–£150k.
