Community Psychiatric Nurse

Community Psychiatric Nurse – NHS – Oxford

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join an NHS service based in Oxford.

• Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
• Location: Community-based role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mental health care and support to patients in the community
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medication and monitor patient progress
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in community psychiatric nursing
• NMC registration
• Strong clinical and communication skills
