Commercial Litigation Associate

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly regarded national law firm, consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, which is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate into their Commercial Litigation team.
 
Role: Associate / Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation
Location: Birmingham – hybrid
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000per annum
 
The Role:

• As part of this motivated and collaborative practice, you will handle a broad range of high-quality disputes, including: Contract disputes, Professional negligence, Banking and finance litigation, Intellectual property, Defamation, Fraud, Procurement disputes, Partnership and shareholder disputes.
• You will run your own caseload, as well as work alongside Partners and Associates on larger, more complex matters.
• Beyond fee-earning, you will be encouraged to get involved in business development, raising both your own profile and the firm’s in the Birmingham market.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 4–8 years PQE in commercial litigation (though strong candidates outside this range will be considered).
• Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with strong technical expertise.
• Ambition to build a career and reputation within a leading litigation team.
