Civil Litigation Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly respected law firm, based in the West Midlands, which is seeking a talented Civil Litigation Lawyer with 2–5 years PQE to join their thriving team. Role: Civil Litigation Lawyer
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 per annum
 
The Role

• Manage your own caseload with autonomy, demonstrating a proven track record as a fee earner.
• Handle disputes with a focus on building & construction and general commercial matters.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing a high standard of service both in person and remotely.
• Support and mentor assistants and paralegals within the team.

About You

• 2–5 years PQE as a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client service with achieving business objectives.
• The drive to develop both personally and professionally within a supportive environment.
