Rate per assessment: £160 (outside IR35)

Location: Face-to-face and/or remote (UK-based)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to carry out ADHD assessments for children and young people, either in person or remotely. If you share our values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness, we’d love to hear from you.

We are particularly interested in clinicians from the following professional backgrounds:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurses
  • Paediatric Nurses
  • Learning Disability Nurses
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals and their families access high-quality assessments and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full ADHD assessments for children and adolescents aged 6–18, in line with NICE guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with neurodiverse individuals, families, and professionals.
  • Deliver clear and timely diagnostic feedback to families.
  • Produce detailed, high-quality clinical reports within expected timeframes.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Confidence and competence in delivering structured ADHD assessments to a high clinical standard.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and provide feedback during the appointment.
  • Flexibility to offer remote and/or face-to-face appointments.
  • Up-to-date clinical supervision, appraisal, and professional registration (NMC) with active revalidation.
What We Offer:

  • Flexible working – appointments available 7 days a week, as much or as little as you choose.
  • Competitive pay – £160 per completed assessment, paid outside IR35.
  • Ongoing supervision and support to further develop your assessment skills.
  • A meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families navigating undiagnosed neurodiversity.
