Location: Roehampton, London SW15
Pay: £13.40 PAYE Per Hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) / £17.10 LTD Umbrella Per Hour

Are you an experienced Caretaker looking for a new opportunity in South West London? We are currently seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join a Housing Association during a period of growth. If you have a proven track record of maintaining and cleaning communal areas and thrive in a challenging environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean communal areas to a high standard
• Service communal gardens and other common areas as instructed
• Provide efficient and effective caretaking and gardening services
• Carry out minor repairs and report any issues promptly
• Ensure all communal areas are free from litter and graffiti
• Interact professionally with tenants, external agencies, and organizations
