Administrator – Substance Misuse Service

📍 Location: Derbyshire
💷 Pay: £17.00 per hour (Umbrella) | PAYE £13.49 exclusive of holiday Pay | PAYE £15.12 Inclusive of Holiday Pay |
⏰ Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
📄 Contract: Rolling contract

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our Substance Misuse Service in Derbyshire. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our service, assisting both staff and service users, and ensuring accurate and timely administration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the service team
• Maintaining accurate records and client files
• Managing appointment bookings and coordinating staff schedules
• Supporting data entry, reporting, and correspondence
• Liaising with external partners and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Using System One to manage service records (experience highly desirable)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong administrative experience in a busy office or healthcare setting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
• Experience with System One (desirable but not essential if highly experienced in similar systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
