Our commitment to safer recruitment and compliance
Because some roles involve staff working with vulnerable adults and children, we have a duty to ensure that all the staff we supply have been vetted appropriately. If this is the case with your particular vacancy, we will tailor the vetting process to match your role. Typically, our compliance process includes an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, written references, eligibility to work in the UK, proof of qualification/s and proof of professional body membership (e.g. HCPC).
