What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?
I specialise in the recruitment of Youth Justice, Domestic Abuse, Cyber and Tech professionals nationwide.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
My day-to-day role is divided into two pillars, building client relationships and engaging with top-tier candidates.
On the client side, I invest significant time in liaising with organisations within the Youth Justice, Domestic Abuse, Cyber, and Tech sectors. This means understanding their specific hiring challenges and gaining insight into the technical skillsets and cultural fit they require.
I dedicate a portion of my day to sourcing and engaging talented professionals who meet our clients’ standards. This involves targeted outreach, evaluating CVs and experience, conducting preliminary screening calls, and developing bespoke candidate summaries.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I have a real passion connecting with likeminded individuals, creating long lasting relationships and a real purpose in their job search.
Which Service Care Value do you think resonates best with your role?
The value that resonates the most with me and describes my overall view to my work would have to be integrity. Integrity is the key to all reputable relationships as without trust there can be no success.
