What does your role as Managing Consultant involve?
I'm currently a Managing Consultant for the Finance team here at Service Care Solutions and specialise in Financial Advisory and Accountancy recruitment across the UK, working with Financial Planning firms, Wealth Management businesses and Accountancy Practices to connect them with high-quality professionals
What does your day-to-day role look like?
My day-to-day is everchanging, but my main focus is on building long-term relationships within the Financial Planning, Wealth Management and Accountancy markets, helping firms hire the right people while supporting candidates in making strategic career moves. I speak with professionals from all sorts of backgrounds and help them secure their next role. I also manage a team so I dedicate a lot of time to them making sure they are getting the most out of their role too!
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy the challenge of placing people into hard-to-fill roles, those ones that take could take months and months without the right approach - getting them over the line quickly and wowing your clients is always a great feeling.
