1- What does your role as a Managing Consultant involve?
I am a Managing Consultant for the Finance Recruitment team where I look after the South of England for all Accountancy/Finance related roles. This includes Public Sector, Private Practice, In-House positions and everything in between. I work on both the client side and candidate side to find the best fit.
1- What does your day-to-day role look like?
My day-to-day is never the same, with such a fast and competitive market, it’s all about being as efficient as possible for both my clients and my candidates. I manage a team currently so looking after them is a key part of my day, ensuring I am supporting them to the best of my ability.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy building relationships with clients and candidates as well as building up my own team to be strong recruiters. Starting the market almost from scratch has given me a great sense of fulfilment.
