Firstly, how long have you been at Service Care?
I joined in June 2009.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
When I left University I came straight to work for Service Care Solutions and never left! I started out as a Recruitment Consultant and worked my way up to be the Divisional Lead for the Healthcare division. After a few years of doing this, I decided that it was time for a change and decided to apply for the Compliance and Governance role which had just been created and I was successful with my application. I am currently in the early days of settling into my new role which is challenging, but a welcome change.
If you weren't at the agency, what would you be doing?
I would like to be a high end joiner/carpenter but I definitely don't have the skills!
What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue which counts - Winston Churchill.
