​​Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I joined in October 2021.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I have nearly 10 years of experience in an administrative role and also have extensive customer service experience. Previously I have undertaken coordination roles with an administrative setting. I have a Level " NVQ in Business Administration which has helped me fulfil roles throughout my career.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

I assist the team in ensuring candidate's have the correct compliance before and during their placements here at Service Care. At the moment, a large part of what I do is handling candidate's DBS's, for example, processing them and tracking them at the request of consultants.

If you weren't at the agency, what would you be doing?

I have a big passion for travel, so either working within the travel industry or simply travelling the world for leisure!

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Supportive, friendly and relaxed.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

Treat others how you'd wish to be treated yourself!

Lastly, if you're not in work, where can we find you?

Travelling! I have been to many places in and out of Europe and hope to visit more places soon... I also like binge watching TV shows and watching films, hiking/going on long walks, cooking and going out for meals.
