​Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I joined Service Care in June 2023.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

My day-to-day role involves interacting with current and potential clients within the Housing sector to offer our recruiting service, and then following this process by creating eye-catching advertisements for available roles. Following this we are able to screen and interview candidates to find the perfect fit for our clients.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I've come from a background in Hospitality Management, having worked primarily in bars and restaurants, and am ready for this new path in recruitment.

If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

If I hadn’t made the decision to start a new career, I would have moved through hospitality until the point I had my own pub or restaurant to run.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Service Care so far has shown we’re welcoming, efficient, and dedicated.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

My favourite quote is simply to trust the universe! I’m a big believer of everything happens for a reason, and to trust your intuition as it's usually right.

Lastly, when you're not at work, where can we find you?

Outside of work, you’ll find me at home playing Nintendo games with my daughter, watching live comedy with my partner, and going for walks along the canals each day with our dog.
