Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?
I started here with Service Care week commencing 09/01/2023.
And what does your day-to-day role involve?
My day-to-day involves me looking for new candidates to place in vacancies that come through for my region. Placing job adverts for candidates to see and apply to, answering queries regarding the roles I have available at the time.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
I’m totally new to recruitment but it’s something I hope to pick up quick an expand my knowledge. I have for my previous years worked in childcare and worked my way up to being a nursery manager.
If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Possibly a paramedic, something I have always had an interest in and enjoyed.
Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?
Supportive, knowledgeable, and Passionate.
What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?
There’s no I in team.
Lastly, where can we find you when you're not at work?
Walking my dog, visiting the pub, or spending time with family and friends.
